Post to job boards and social media instantly, receive applications through your careers site directly into Eploy, integrate with payroll systems for seamless payments and more. Eploy integrates directly with a number of Job Boards and Job Posting Services such as Broadbean, idibu, JobMate and LogicMelon - making promoting vacancies as quick and easy as ticking a box.

Working with payroll

We link with a number of payroll systems, including Sage, to reduce the administration burden for our clients, particularly those in the temp and contract recruitment markets. Used with our candidate and client websites, processing timesheets is a breeze for everyone involved.

Eploy integrates with psychometric testing and online assessment suppliers so results can be imported directly into Eploy and included in your search criteria, helping you find the the perfect candidates.

EployMail connecting to your inbox

EployMail connects your existing IMAP email account - including Outlook, Gmail & Yahoo - with your Eploy database. Incoming and outgoing messages are automatically saved against the relevant record and you can instantly access your Eploy recruitment database records directly from your inbox.

Telephone integration

If you use telephone services like VoIP, you can make calls directly from your Eploy database. When an action reminder to make a call pops up all you need to do is click on the number to make the call. For in bound calls, Eploy can bring up a list of matching records (requires compatible phone system).

If you already have a website, we can seamlessly integrate it with your Eploy Recruitment Software, giving you an interactive site where candidates and clients each get their own secure portal.
