NSL, part of Marston Holdings, offers a range of services designed to guide, help and support clients and candidates alike through the complex task of pre-employment vetting and identity document authentication and verification. Our services use world leading software from Keesing Technology for which we are the UK’s only licensed pre-employment reseller. We help ensure clients avoid breaching immigration employment law and adhere to "Know Your Customer" and anti-money laundering regulations.

Marston Holdings is proud to have been certified as an Identity Service Provider (IDSP) by the British Standards Institute as part of the Home Office’s Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (DIATF). We provide accredited ID verification solutions and offer support wherever identity checking and identity document verification is a requirement. We work closely with businesses spanning multiple sectors including retail, hospitality, care, recruitment and facilities management and our fully managed right to work platform, Valid8 has an established integration with the Eploy system. In addition to our right to work service we can also provide a visa alarm system for those employees on time limited documents..

Customers can choose to integrate their Eploy system with NSL’s bespoke right to work Valid8 system or have a standalone service, either way the system is designed to be as efficient as possible, requiring little to no input from client managers, enabling HR teams to focus their time on onboarding new recruits. As standard we guide candidates through the document/ share code upload process and contact them for further evidence if required.

If choosing an integrated solution, candidate details are sent straight from Eploy to NSL’s Valid8 system where we will then do the rest on your behalf. ID verification, right to work status and document validation outcome reports are then sent back via API to Eploy, all information is saved securely on our UK based servers for the length of a candidate’s employment plus a further two years.
