RecFest 2023, the world’s largest TA Festival, had a great deal to live up to after a marvellous
2022 event - and it did not disappoint.
Knebworth was once again the venue for over 5,000 recruiters, talent acquisition specialists and HR teams from the world of recruitment.
The RecFest team worked hard to ensure everyone had the best experience and enjoyed a balance of inspirational keynotes and seminars in a festival environment. The day closed with an after-party to remember with Reggie Yates and Basement Jaxx.
The Eploy team enjoyed meeting hundreds of TA professionals and In-House Recruiters throughout the day and into the evening.
Thanks to everyone who came to the Eploy Surf Shack for an applicant tracking system overview, a refreshing slushie, and our merch of sunnies, bucket hats and RecFest-inspired tees. In record time, the Eploy merch was trending across the whole site.

to share how BrewDog has delivered on the global war on talent.
