Play.com are at the cutting edge of multi channel recruitment, utilising social media such as Twitter and Facebook to attract applicants, alongside traditional recruitment methods. The web-based service is driven by eploy® which integrates seamlessly with the web portal providing prospective candidates easy access to career opportunities ranging from Web-Designers to Financial Analysts and Product Buying roles. It also serves to present a single management interface for the company's recruitment function, giving top down visibility of the entire recruitment process, including the ability to track effectiveness of recruitment channels.

Paul Burgess, Managing Director of eploy®, says: "We are thrilled to be working with Play.com. They are a forward-thinking and dynamic company, who have very specific recruitment requirements - being a successful web company they also had high technological expectations when choosing a provider.
