Eploy, a leader in enterprise cloud e-recruitment software, has been shortlisted in multiple categories in this year’s OnRec Awards 2018.
The prestigious awards ceremony, now in its 14th year, celebrates the success, growth, innovation, talent and achievements within the online recruitment industry.
In this year’s Technical Innovation Award category Eploy are shortlisted for customer led developments and innovations, all of which are available as part of the Eploy recruitment platform:
- Situational Judgement Tests now enable customers to build and manage their own SJTs for use within their e-recruitment process as part of the Eploy Discover e-forms.
- Auto CV import enhancements massively reduce administration time and include integration with existing email accounts to auto transfer CV’s in emails to Eploy and automatic candidate and application creation which then associates them with the right job.
- Vacancy and Placement Authorisation workflow builder allows customers to configure how they want requisition authorisations for specific jobs, job types, departments and companies to work – including automatic notifications, chase emails and reminders. This eliminates one of the biggest bottlenecks in the recruitment process, ensuring requisitions are approved by the right people, in the right order and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Eploy customers are also shortlisted for awards in The Best Corporate Use of Online Recruitment category (Malmaison/Hotel Du Vin & Peter Brett Associates), The Best Use of Online Recruitment in the Public Sector category (Aylesbury Vale District Council & Highbury College) and Personality of The Year, Ben Gabbitas (Malmaison/Hotel Du Vin).
In addition to the Technical Innovation Award Eploy are shortlisted in The Best Online Candidate Experience category, Unsung Hero and Personality of The Year.
Commenting on the awards shortlisting Chris Bogh, Eploy CTO, said “It’s fantastic that our customers have been recognised for what they have achieved across the categories. Whilst all have different requirements and businesses they all have the complete e-recruitment journey at the forefront of their recruiting success.”
“It is also credit to the Eploy team to have their hard work recognised with these nominations. We often have positive feedback from our customers so are thrilled to be formally recognised as part of the awards.”
