The Nottingham is in a period of growth and was keen to embed a smarter candidate journey to enable its talent to grow at the same pace as its ambitious and agile change programme. The recruitment team selected Eploy to alleviate the challenges faced through its hiring process.
The team evaluated what improvements could be made to the recruitment/onboarding journey and how was best to deliver this and chose to implement a complete Applicant Tracking System and recruitment platform that included onboarding. Eploy provided a highly configurable Applicant Tracking System to modernise the candidate journey and streamline hiring manager’s recruitment experience.
Using the Eploy Candidate Portal makes it easy for candidates to find, apply and start their career at The Nottingham. The smooth and straightforward online application process is seamlessly integrated into the careers site, and with just a few clicks candidates can register securely and with a consistent journey and brand on all devices.
