The 2020 In-House Recruitment Awards was like no other year. The Eploy team joined the 
awards ceremony by Zoom and virtually celebrated the achievements of some fantastic recruitment success stories.
One thing that hadn’t changed was the innovation and hard work of several Eploy customers who were recognised as finalists and winners for their recruitment achievements.
Eploy customers shortlisted as finalists were:

- Optamor (Serocor Group) Onsite at Checkatrade – RPO
- Sunbelt Rentals - Newcomer (Team)
All demonstrated improvements across their recruitment and talent initiatives and should be incredibly proud of their recruitment journey.
Each category was fiercely contested with many compelling stories in what can only be described as the most unusual and challenging year navigating our way through a pandemic.
Sunbelt Rentals were crowned Gold winner for Best Newcomer - Team, clearly demonstrating
that starting an in-house recruitment function from scratch takes an enormous effort and a clearly defined recruitment strategy. The Sunbelt Rentals Team wowed the judges with their improved efficiencies in recruitment processes, technology, employer brand and candidate experience.
