Thursday 26th November was the annual gathering for the In-House Recruiter Awards. Taking place at the Hilton Metropole in London, the awards have set the industry standard for in house recruiters since 2012. In total, 18 categories were celebrated including ‘Best Use of Mobile’, ‘Best On-boarding Strategy’ and ‘Best Candidate Experience’.
We would like to pass our congratulations on to all category winners with special mention to Eploy customers, Royal Mencap Society and Baringa Partners. Congratulations also to Boohoo.com, who were a finalist in the category of ‘Best Careers Site’. Eploy implemented a full careers site and end-to-end e-recruitment solution for boohoo.com earlier in 2015.
Baringa Partners won in the category of Best Candidate Experience. Other nominees in this category included G4S, Lloyds Banking Group, Mars, and PepsiCo.
On the Baringa award, Chris Bogh, Eploy’s Chief Technology Officer said, “Baringa are recognised nationally as a fantastic employer, so it follows that their candidate experience is of such a high quality. Royal Mencap Society won in the category of Best Public Sector or Not-for-Profit Team. Other nominees in this category were Cornwall Council, Macmillan Cancer Support and Transport for London.
