GÉANT implemented Eploy's Quick Launch recruitment platform, which is renowned for delivering a complete ATS when you need a recruitment system speedily and want to configure and adapt the solution as you grow.
The adaptable nature of Eploy enabled the system to be set up to support GÉANT recruitment
in two countries and provides the flexibility around time zones and currencies required. The adaptable nature will also be able to support the HR team who operate as HR generalists with recruitment being a key aspect of their role whilst prioritising a multitude of other tasks and remits.

Following go-live, Hiring Managers were able to get started with Eploy straight away. Eploy’s Onboarding module ensures all information is collected and compliance checks are made before the candidate starts with GÉANT, including automatic reference collection.
Candidates use the Eploy Candidate Portal to use flexible vacancy search options to apply for chosen vacancies with a smooth and straightforward online application process.
With the specialist talent GÉANT require, Eploy’s vendor portal is used by their preferred supplier list (PSL) of approved agencies who work alongside internal HR on agreed vacancies. The vendor portal allows the team to stay in control of their PSL of approved agencies.
