As the winner of a recent Eploy survey on Background Checking, Arbuthnot Latham took advantage of their prize of a day’s complimentary tailored training session, provided by Eploy.
The day explored how best to push the boundaries with the teams use of Eploy to ensure everyone is getting the maximum return on their recruitment software investment.
After a quick process run through to remind everyone of where to look to find information, and a look at system shortcuts, the group reviewed how to create and use interview slots.
The recently overhauled Eploy interview scheduling tool is designed to make it easier and more flexible for creating slots across any vacancies and workflow stages. The team looked at interview scheduling from a candidate and hiring manager perspective.
Eploy Training Manager, Glenn Jones, provided refresher training on Eploy’s Talent CRM and how to create talent pools and pipelines of passive candidates. The team also covered Quick Match, Advanced Search, and how to save and share queries with colleagues.
Next on the agenda was to run through the Eploy GDPR data consent settings to define consent preferences before a high-level overview of dashboards and analytics and how to create metrics using any record type.
William James, Recruitment Manager at Arbuthnot Latham, commented “The tailored training has refreshed how we use Eploy to ensure we are recruiting smarter. In focusing on our specific needs we got a great deal of benefit from the training and are looking forward to utilising the wider functionality available to us.”
