Transform uses Eploy for their Contractor recruitment needs, using various processes aligned to their recruitment workflows. The customised registration and applications are tailored specifically for their requirements. Eploy provides the ability for Contractors, known as Associates, wanting to register with Transform to complete the candidate registration process to become a New Associate whereby they can engage when new suitable opportunities arise. It also provides the ability for New Associates to register and apply for those available positions. Once an Associate becomes approved for a position, Eploy online onboarding is used to make job offers online. Transform can then automatically manage online offers, collect the new hire information they require and use e-signatures in a compliant way.
Eploy onboarding also provides the capability for repeat Associates to utilise the ‘placement only’ onboarding, whereby they would receive specific online documents such as to check bank details and sign a contract, accelerating the time to onboard.
